In July, a proud career moment occurred in meeting with the previous Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government (Rt. Hon James Brokenshire) at Westminster to discuss her direct experience in Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction and highlighting the Challenges of these Sectors.  From Regulation to shaping utilities for a 21st Century Britain, she is working on 'blue prints' to help other Authorities or Organisations achieve.

To get to this means Nicola is a proven Senior Project Manager, now a Senior Consultant, & respected as a leader in her field.  

She has spoken in the House of Lords, at various Construction Events & even to Degree Students in the Faculty of Engineering & Science at University of Greenwich

From pre-Project (Project Briefs, Business Cases & Evaluation) & into and through the whole life Project Cycle (Feasibility, Construction, Completion & Handover), her Private & Public Sector experience including Government has been varied & well documented.

A Note from Nicola

I am passionate about utilities, construction, young people, training, education and sport, hence my philanthropic agenda with 4Roles4Goals, being a Construction Ambassador for the Construction Industry Training Board & numerous Trustee positions for 1st North Cray Scout Group & North Cray & District Royal British Legion.

As a motivated, diligent consultant and Director, I am proud to have been recognised in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2016, supported by NatWest as a Finalist.  In March 2017, I was announced as the Winner of the 'Women In Construction' category and as a Finalist in the 'Women's Champion' categories of the Kent Women In Business (KWIB) Awards.

4Roles4Goals was the Winner of the Dartford Business Awards 'Commitment to Skills Award' sponsored by the Leigh Academies Trust.
